Sizing of Dresses

Our dresses are relaxed fitting to hang off the body. They come in two sizes.

• Size Tall is recommended for anyone taller than 170cm (medium/large as your usual clothing size) or if you’d like a longer length.

• Size Small is recommended for anyone shorter that 170cm (small/medium as your usual clothing size) or if you’d like a shorter length.

Australian Shipping

Yes we ship to all of Australia. All orders are processed on Australian business days only, with the flat fee as calculated at checkout. All orders within Australia will be shipped and tracked via Australia Post.

International Shipping

If you are based internationally, please email us at homesteadwesternaustralia@gmail.com to enquire a quote for shipping internationally.

Returns

All items sold are non refundable. Custom items are not eligible for a return under any circumstance. Once an order is confirmed it can not be cancelled.

Customers may request an exchange of items for the same price (items must be unused and in a saleable condition). Please email homesteadwesternaustralia@gmail.com with your exchange request on the day of receipt of items. Items must be returned within 7 days of correspondence. Homestead Western Australia will not be held liable for missing or lost returns. Customers are responsible for return freight charges.

Faulty Items

All items are hand made with care. Each product may vary slightly in texture, finish and colour. Any small blemishes or variances should be loved as this is what makes each piece unique.

If an item is faulty, Homestead Western Australia will replace the items or refund the purchase price at its discretion.

Do your items ever go on sale?

We believe in our products and the craftsmanship that goes into each individual piece. We therefore do not put our items on sale. We use premium linen (please check out our section titled “The Fabric” for more details). Homestead Western Australia is a slow fashion / slow homewares brand which focuses on creating quality and longevity.
